CONFERENCE OVERVIEW

The International Conference will be held at Auditorium PPAG2, Universitas Katolik Parahyangan which located at Jl. Ciumbuleuit 94, Bandung, West Java, Indonesia on September 26 - 27, 2023

Welcome dinner will be held in Function Room, 1st Floor, PPAG2 Building, Universitas Katolik Parahyangan from 6.00pm - 9.00pm on Monday, September 25, 2023. All participants and accompany persons are invited 

The will be 3 sessions and 5 rooms for technical sessions.

Meeting Room 1 - 4 is located at      2A Floor, Auditorium PPAG2, Universitas Katolik Parahyangan

The closing ceremony will be held at 5.10pm - 5.45pm on Wednesday, September 27, 2023. There will be general comment on the conference

All participants will receive a conference satchels upon registration. Your satchels will include material submitted by the sponsors, the conference program, Proceeding book, note, and souvenir

From the Parking Area (B1 - B3) or Lobby (1st Floor), you can go to the Auditorium by Lift A or Stair

Please only use Lift A, another lift is used for UNPAR Lecture Activity

The opening ceremony will commence at 8.30am on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at Auditorium PPAG2, Universitas Katolik Parahyangan

The exhibition room is located at Functional Hall, Auditorium PPAG2, Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (2nd Floor)

Gala Dinner will be held at Function Room, 1st Floor, PPAG2 Building, Universitas Katolik Parahyangan on September 26, 2023 from 6.00pm - 9.00pm. All participant and accompany persons are invited

All participant will receive the link of online proceedings. The extended abstract hard copy proceeding will be received upon registration

Registration open on September 25, 2023 at 5.00pm - 8.00pm and September 26, 2023 at 8.00am - 4.00pm at Registration Booth, Auditorium PPAG2, Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (2nd Floor)

The Keynote Lectures will be delivered in 5 plenary sessions

All speakers shall submit the presentation file and can review the presentation in Glass Room near Registration Booth, Auditorium PPAG2, Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (2nd Floor)

All participants, including speakers, exhibitors, and accompany persons will be provided with a name badge, which must be worn at all time within the conference venue

Accompany program have been arranged for delegates who have pre-booked to North Bandung City Tour in September 26, 2023 and South Bandung City Tour in September 27, 2023. The technical site visit will run on September 28, 2023 to MRT Jakarta Project
